Afternoon Intensive

Think of some of your favorite instagrammers- the Keiko Lynns, the Chinae Alexandreas, the Asymany Gold ( ok theses are my favs * looks up from phone and blushes*).

Their photos are STUNNING.

Their lives look INCREDIBLE.

And they have INSANE FOLLOWERS.

But they didn’t get that following just from having perfect pictures of them in bougie bikinis on Itlaian beaches and eating dumb amounts of chili crab in Singapore.

You don’t even have to have the most glamorous life ( which I’m sure you do! Whoever told you you couldn’t make Chick Fil A look fleek is bananas )

These big influencers got there because they told STORIES.

The best instagramers are storytellers ( with the exception of the Kardashians. Don’t hold a candle to those walking piles of makeup).

This one day intensive will help you unlock the keys to the Instgram kingdom and help YOU get more engagements, likes, and followers on your Instagram page.

We will go through an intensive on story structure and help you write engaging content that has so many comments your thumbs hurt after you have responded to each one. * invest in thumb weights and sweat bands now*

Not only will I give you the skills, I will give you the mindset! We will retrain your mind to jump away from doubt, insecurity, or imposter syndrome like spritzing your cat to GET OFF THE TABLE.

We will go through real examples of popular instagrammers and practice writing our own compelling stories ( which I KNOW you have. Don’t think you aren’t interesting).

In this three hour intensive we will...

We will break down the main niche, theme, and message of your instagram account.

We will brainstorm a list of story ideas inspired by YOUR LIFE.

We will craft one instagram post you can upload IMMEDIATELY after our class- including time to write and feedback to make it richer!

All you need:

Your top three Instagram accounts that are in your niche and you love.

Three pictures that you want to write a compelling story with.

A cup of ambition. ( throw some half + half in mine ;) ).

You will walk away with:

A mini-workbook to keep you focused and goal setting.

One crafted instagram story.

A long ass list of stories you can write about.

A deep understanding of how storytelling structure works.

Have three scripts edited by me after the class. ( 1 hour value).
